- Be a highly technical Guru and visionary

- Experience of using open source software and handy knowledge of custom based soultions
- Passionate about web technologies, usability, analytics and has systematic approach
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and get the site up live, tested and bug free
- Extraordinary skills of brainstorming in order to develop requirements specification for web application, including technical specification and application features lists
- Vast experience, knowledge and strong ability of programming in PHP with working knowledge of MySQL (scalable database driven websites), Flash and other web technologies
- MCS/BCS Computer Sciences Proven and track record of successful projects in PHP and MySQL
